Hotel Rates, Information & Reservation Policies

We offer special packages throughout the year, providing added benefits for early bookings and extended stays. Reservations require a deposit to secure your stay, and our cancellation policy allows for flexibility with advance notice. Experience a seamless booking process that caters to your needs, ensuring a memorable visit to this historic Palm Springs retreat.
- We are happy to arrange late check-ins, but please note that this must be pre-arranged with management.
- Credit card required to book reservation.
- Hotel office hours are from 8:30 - 5:30 daily.
- Check-in: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- If arriving after 6:00 PM, please call to make arrangements, as you will need the self check in procedure.
- Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in the room. Violations will result in a $300 fee added to the reservation.
- Pet Policy: Small dogs 20lbs or less are allowed. Please call for fees and availabilty.
- Quoted rates are per night, single or double occupancy. Supplementary charge of $30 per night for each additional guest.
- Palm Springs hotel tax (12.5%) will be added to all stays 28 days or less. Minimum stays are required for Holidays & Special Events. Rates may be higher for Holidays & Special Events. Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Cancellation Policy: A 2-night deposit will be charged to your account 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited, and you would be responsible for all unrented nights of the entire original reservation.
- Reservations made more than 3 months in advance of arrival will have a 2-night deposit charged to your account 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is nonrefundable, and after 30 days you would be responsible for all unrented nights of the entire original reservation.
- Reservations made more than 6 months in advance of arrival will have a 2-night deposit charged to your account 90 days prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit is nonrefundable, and after 60 days you would be responsible for all unrented nights of the entire original reservation.
- Holiday Cancellation Policy: Reservations made over the following Holidays & Special Events: MLK, President's Day, IBC, White Party Event, Memorial Day, WnH Event, Labor Day, Leather Pride, PS Gay Pride, Christmas, and New Year’s, will have a 2-night deposit charged to your account 60 days prior to arrival. If this reservation is cancelled less the 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is forfeited plus a charge for the balance of all unrented nights of the original reservation.
- The 2-night deposit is to be charged for each 7-night period. Request a cancellation number.
- Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us or email us as soon as possible. If your reservation falls outside our cancellation and deposit policy and a deposit was charged, you will be refunded less a $35 processing fee.
- In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty (30) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room, a full or partial refund will be made.
- Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special events.
- In the event of a pandemic, government shutdown or an uncontrollable event, vouchers will be issued instead of refunds.
- Gift Certificate Policy: Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
